Welcome to the web site of the Penn-Temple European Studies Colloquium (PTESC). PTESC was founded in 2005 to promote the study of Europe in the Delaware Valley. PTESC aims to build an active scholarly community in the region with regular opportunities for the exchange of ideas and research.
